ready-made pizza dough that they shop from various pizza shops in Pakistan.
However, instead of shopping a pizza dough, it is better to prepare homemade
pizza dough. The Italian pizza dough is very easy to make and is one of the
most searched recipes on the internet. So here is a guide that will tell you
how to prepare pizza dough at home.
This easy pizza dough
recipe goes with yeast, but you can perfectly find some recipes for pizza dough
without yeast where it will come out crunchier as the pizza dough, including
yeast, is a little fluffier. If the dough does not carry yeast, then you can

- Wheat Flour - 400 grams
- Warm Water - 200 ml
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh yeast - 15 grams
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Countertop flour (so the dough
never sticks)

1. To make the Italian
pizza dough, in a bowl, add the Oil, Water and yeast.
2. Mix and then add
the flour and the pinch of salt. Once you have more or less mixed everything in
the bowl, begin to knead well.
3. Sprinkle a little
flour on the countertop, and we will have to knead the dough for about 3 or 4
minutes without stopping. Finish the kneading when the dough is completely smooth;
if it sticks a lot, put in a little flour and continue until it is
smooth.
4. Now, once ready,
let it rest for 1 hour or so.
5. Once rested, we
split it in two, and your dough, which is the No 1. pizza in Pakistan, is
ready.
