Pizza Making with Three Different Kinds of Cheese
We all love to have pizzas; in fact, I would love to have most popular pizza in Pakistan when I am dam hungry. Who never wants to have gooey, melting, cheesy, saucy flavors in every munch while watching TV. Surely, pizza is associated with the lazy kind of mood, when one wants to enjoy but never wants to put effort into making something. Pizza is always for the rescue in such a mood.
Well, I am also one of those people who definitely avoid cooking, as I love to order the famous pizza in Pakistan. However, it was the end of the month, my pocket was empty, and so was the fridge. All I could see in the fridge was some dry goat cheese, 4 slices of cheddar and a small piece of parmesan cheese, and this is what brought forth the love of my life, a cheesy pizza.Ingredients of Pizza

- Cheddar Cheese – 4 Slices
- Parmesan Cheese – Enough to
shred generously on a pizza
- Ketchup – to spread
- Pizza Mix
- Water – As required
So, all I could find
in my fridge was this, and believe me, there was no sausage or chicken to top
on for flavor. Just for an experiment, I started making pizza. So, here comes
the No 1 pizza in Pakistan, which has an exceptional flavor.
Recipe
I just knead the dough
but making use of pizza mix and required water. Then allowed it to rest for 15
minutes. In the meanwhile, I made thin slices of the dry goat cheese log.
Further, I had already preheated the oven and was just ready to assemble the
pizza. At first, I took a medium-sized dough ball and stretched it with my
hands to make it as thin as I could. Further, I spread the dough in a
large-sized pan. I never like to eat the crust, so I just make sure that the
ends of the pizza are coved with Sause and cheese. It is more like a think
crust pizza with no dry sides or crusts. After that, I topped the pizza with
ketchup because I had never had pizza sauce. Also, I ran out of tomatoes, so I
could not make it at that time. Not just this, but I wanted to have something
quick to satisfy my hunger, and the best alternative to pizza sauce was
ketchup. So, I spread the ketchup all over the pizza edge to edge and then
topped the pizza with the thin but generous slices of dry got cheese and 4
slices of cheddar cheese.
The baking of the
pizza
Now, the only thing
left was the baking process, so I slid the pizza into the oven. I baked the
pizza for 20 minutes at 200° C. When out of the oven, I sprinkled it with
Parmesan shavings, and not just a little, but a lot of parmesan cheese topped
my pizza. Surely, I was hungry, and without money, I never wanted to regret
what I made for myself.
Results
Not bragging, but it
was the best pizza ever tasted. Thin crust, not doughy, gooey melting bubbling
cheese on top. To all my wonders, the ketchup worked so well with the base of
the pizza. The flavors were infused into each other; what else could I desire.
There are many pizza brands in Pakistan, but defiantly I will love to try this recipe
again and satisfy my cravings.
