Another style of Making Tikka Pizza
If you are not
satisfied with the upper recipe, then sure, we have another simpler recipe for
you. Instead of using shredded chicken, you can marinate the chicken with tikka
masala and let it rest for a minimum of two hours or let it rest the whole
night. You can also add 1 tbsp of garlic and 1 tbsp of ginger paste.
Readymade Tikka Masala is the best option, and you can find many in the market.
If not, follow the recipe above and marinate the chicken. Once it is done,
saute it and turn off the flame. Next, burn the flame on the other side of the
stove and keep a small piece of coal over it. Let it be on the flame for about
5 minutes, then use a tong to hold it. Keep it on a piece of foil paper, and
then add a few drops of oil over the hot sizzling coal. This will allow smoke,
so keep the coal in the middle of the pan, and when you drizzle oil over the
coal, cover it with the lid. Let it stay for 10 minutes, and this will actually
taste smoky, just like the flavour of BBQ.
Therefore, this is the recipe that you can use and enjoy your delicious homemade tikka pizza!
